Adorian Learning in its economic development efforts interfaces with a number of different corporate and
non-profit business organizations. In working with the various businesses we share with them the incentives
and programs that are available to them, in hiring new employees. States across our nation receive monies from
the Department of Labor to hire and train new workers. The role of the job developer is to interface with the
employers to determine the skills and competencies that are needed by the new employees. The job developer is
also very aware of the talent pool of available workers that meet and exceed the employer’s requirements. We
consider it a success when the match making between the employer requirements results in the hiring of new people.
