The goal of the Adult & Dislocated Worker Program is to provide employment and training services to help
economically disadvantaged and dislocated workers find good jobs. The program also helps employers by
training workers to meet their needs.Our goal is to help you gain access to employment, learn new trades
or upgrade your skills. We coordinate with employers, area training providers, educational institutions
and a diverse group of support agencies to prepare you for and help you further your career. Because the
needs of our businesses and institutions are constantly changing, we tailor our programs to current trends
and community needs in order to give you the best options for your future success.

Case management involves meeting with each potential students at our offices to determine their eligibility
to receive workforce investment services. Adorian Corporation, staff will ask each new participant to complete
a required information sheet prior to the first meeting. The information that is provided will be used to
determine eligibility for the workforce development programs. All information forms will be required to be
completed and submitted back to our office before any case management or other Workforce Investment Act
(WIA), services can be offered. All information that we collect from each participant are kept in confidential
files and maintained as a national requirement for our agency to be a training and development services provider.

Case Management Eligibility Requirements Information

  • Age
  • Social Security Number
  • Selective Service (if applicable)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Income Verification
  • Youth Barriers 18-21
  • Dislocated adult worker eligibility 21 years old and older
  • Signature of client verifying the receipt of EEO & Grievance Process information
  • Documentation to verify that participant received grievance policy/procedure
  • Signed release of information forms
  • Veterans Status
